MANY TAILS: THE BOOK is going to be a big beautiful coffee table book featuring stunning pet portraiture and telling stories from the perspective of your pet - 100% of the session fees AND book sale proceeds will donated to Many Tears Animal Rescue.

Terms and Conditions

  • 100% of the Session Donation goes to Many Tears Animal Rescue

  • Sessions take place in Christabel's pet safe studio in South Wales NP11

  • Each session will have a double page spread in Many Tails the book, the images will be chosen and curated by Christabel.

  • Prints, products and digital files are not included with your donation. However you will have the opportunity to purchase artwork if you so wish, pricing information can be found here                                  

  • Many Tails the book will be available to purchase upon completion, the aim of which is the latter part of 2024.

Horatio – Mr Personality!!

Despite my gloomy exterior I am guaranteed to make you smile with my zest for life, and food!  Food is my main passion and if you don’t feed me on demand I will find something loud to knock on, or over!!  I love a cuddle and a comfy chair and I may be getting on in years but you can definitely teach an old(er) dog new tricks, check me out on my skateboard.  I rock a jumper so I am told, it definitely gets  me lots of attention (and sometimes food…) when I wear one and apparently I had to have a photo with the TV as there is a rumour going around that I chewed on one and smashed the screen, but I definitely have no idea what they are talking about.

About Many Tears Animal Rescue

Many Tears Animal Rescue is based in Carmarthenshire, Wales but has dogs in foster homes throughout the UK. They take in and rehome primarily ex-breeding dogs who are no longer required; those on "death row" in the pounds and those whose owners are no longer able to keep them.

They are a unique rescue in that the majority of their dogs are ex-breeders and many have never seen the outside world before. With the help of staff, fosterers and other volunteers they provide a special and loving environment to help all the dogs adapt and find permanent, loving new homes.  They rehome in excess of 3,000 dogs a year.
